Refunds & Returns

In the event that you're not absolutely delighted with your purchase from us, we offer an exceptional 31 day return policy.

This means you have 31 days from the day after you receive your pizzles to inform us that you'd like to return them, then 31 days to send them back to us. We're so confident in the quality of our pizzles that we can offer an extremely long return window. In real terms this means you have a month after receiving them to tell us you'd like to return them, then another month to deliver them back to us for a refund.

Damaged Items

If your package has arrived damaged and the internal packaging is also damaged so the pizzles are no longer sealed, we will issue you a pre-paid return label for you to send them back to us at our expense, and upon arrival we will send replacements.

Incorrect Products

If we happen to send you an incorrect product, we will issue you a pre-paid return label for you to send them back to us and we will despatch the correct item upon their return.

Cancellations

By law, under UK distance selling regulations you have a 14-day "cooling off period" where you can cancel your purchase and return your unused products for a full refund.
We exceed this requirement and give you a full 31 days to notify us that you'd like to cancel, then another 31 days to send you products back.
In this scenario you are responsible for the return postage yourself and we highly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to get your products back to us safely. We will issue a refund on the same day they arrive back with us using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

I returned my order but the tracking shows it was lost in transit.

We do not accept responsibility for the loss of products being returned so we highly recommend returning your products with a fully tracked and insured service. If your package is lost, you can claim for the full value of your parcel from the courier and we will provide you with documentation to support your claim where necessary.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any kind of handling fee or restocking fee on returns.
